Life at Nature's Pace
The Roost Outdoors
At The Roost we love being outdoors.
It’s good for our bodies, it’s good for the soul, and it’s good for our minds as the wind blows the cobwebs away and we feel the sun on our face. We often go walking in the forest, have BBQs on the beach and meet around bonfires – the best places for a catch up with friends or to make new ones.
Visit our Space
In our own outdoor space (in Netherwitton, a village between Morpeth and Rothbury) you are welcome to come and dig, weed, plant or rest in amongst the wild flowers. We love seeing how what we plant grows, and look forward to how we can share the produce together.
Make a Referral
We often find that it is during activities like walking or digging that significant conversations emerge for young adults. It you would like to get in touch to see how we can support you in this way, or if you’d like to refer a young adult you know to our team of listeners, mentors and coaches, please do so here.
